At SUPTOGO, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your SUPTOGO account and personal data:
To delete your SUPTOGO account, please email us with the subject DELETE ACCOUNT to info@suptogo.es and we will procede to delete all your data: Personal info, history of reservations and every data we have from you.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your SUPTOGO user account
- Personal identification data (name, email address)
- Reservation history linked to your account
- Access credentials and authentication data
- Any support or chat interactions associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
For legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, SUPTOGO may retain limited information for a legally required period, such as:
- Transaction records and invoices (as required by tax and accounting laws)
- Payment-related references (processed by our payment providers)
This retained data is securely stored, restricted, and used only to comply with legal obligations.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–30 days, depending on verification and legal requirements.

Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
