2. Description of Services
The customer receives a Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) board, an extendable paddle, and a high-quality safety leash, all in perfect condition for rental. The customer agrees to keep the equipment in good condition and use it responsibly.
3. Requirements and Registration Procedure
Suptogo SL will validate the application data once the process has been completed and reserves the right to reject or cancel the subscription, especially but not limited to, based on non-compliance with the requirements established in the conditions of this contract.
3.1 You can use our booking services through our APP.
You must be of legal age to make a reservation. By booking, the user declares that they are of legal age. If you allow minors to use our services, you declare that you have obtained the necessary consent from the legal representative.
People who do not have health or physical restrictions that may prevent them from practicing the SUP sport and water sports in general without endangering themselves or others have the right to participate.
Participation in our services under the influence of alcohol or other toxic substances is not allowed.
By making a reservation, the user declares that the requirements mentioned have been met for all participants.
3.2. Access data (username and password) are personal and non-transferable. If a User loses their mobile phone or suspects the use of their user account by a third party, they must immediately notify Suptogo’s Customer Service at info@suptogo.com for its due blocking.
3.3 Rental Service
The user selects the registration option, enters their personal data, name, and surname, mobile phone number, and email address. They select the desired rental location and click on the «Book» button. Then select the date and time. «Book and pay» will take you to the payment process.
Once the payment has been successfully completed, the user will receive an email or SMS confirmation of the reservation.
4. Payment Methods and Prices
Payments are always made by credit card. The user can find the current prices of our services in our APP. The list price is the final price that includes VAT.
5. Duration and Termination of the Contract
5.1 The contractual relationship between the User and Suptogo has an indefinite duration from the acceptance of their registration, however, either party may proceed to its resolution at any time.
5.2 The User may unsubscribe from the Service by sending written communication to the address stated in clause 1 of this contract.
5.3 Upon unsubscribing, the User will no longer be considered as such. Access to the Service will be deactivated, and this contract and any resulting relationship will cease to have effects and validity (except for those clauses that can be deduced to have effects even after the termination of the contract).
5.4 Suptogo may terminate or suspend the validity of the contractual relationship in cases of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of these General Conditions or the local conditions of application. In such cases, Suptogo may give a period of seven days to remedy such non-compliance or proceed to automatic termination or suspension of the service provided.
6. Instructions for using our services
6.1 With your reservation, you have booked SUP equipment for rent. You should inspect the equipment provided before use to check for any damages or missing parts and report it within the first 10 minutes to allow us to rectify the issue and assign you a new locker. If you have any questions about this, you can always contact us using the contact options provided in the application. If you do not report any damages within the first 10 minutes of use, we assume that the equipment you found in the locker is complete and in good condition. You should carry your mobile phone with you as it serves as the key to the locker and you can contact us at any time if you encounter any problems.
6.2 When the rental period has expired, you should return the rented equipment promptly, completely, and in clean condition by placing it back in the locker and locking it, always within the rental time you have reserved. Once the rental period has ended, the locker cannot be opened again. Suptogo reserves the right to charge the user for overtime if the equipment is returned late.
6.3 If any damages occur to the rented equipment or parts of the equipment are lost during the rental period, you must inform us immediately to reach a satisfactory agreement for both parties.
7. Cancellation or annulment in case of force majeure
If it is not safe to use our services due to weather conditions (red flag, storm, lightning, etc.), the user can request cancellation of the reservation, and Suptogo will review on a case-by-case basis and proceed with the refund if logical cancellation criteria are met. If you are unsure about the feasibility of the service, you can contact us using the contact options provided in the application.
8. User behavior rules and responsibility
8.1 Safety and operational availability of the equipment are guaranteed through periodic inspections. You are required to handle the rented items with care. Suptogo reserves the right to charge responsible users for damages to their equipment. Please refer to point 6.3 for the obligation to report damages. If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the return of the rented equipment on time, you are obligated to inform us immediately so that we can find a simple and cost-effective solution. You, as the user, must assume the rescue costs. If you have reserved our services for multiple people, you are jointly responsible with the respective responsible participants. If the cause of the damage cannot be determined, you are solely responsible unless you can prove that the damage was not caused or was partially caused by the group of participants you selected.
8.2 You should be informed of the current regulations of the beach where you are doing the paddle surfing activity, respecting the signaling signs (if any) and other beachgoers, following the instructions of the lifeguards and other signage such as bathing and jellyfish flags.
